重症哮喘的治疗体会

目的总结重症哮喘的治疗体会与经验,以提高治疗效果。方法回顾性分析59例重症哮喘的临床资料。结果 59例患者经对症积极治疗后54例病情得到缓解,治愈率94.9%。哮喘缓解时间<3 d 16例,3~7d32例,7d以上6例,平均9d。5例死亡,病死率5.1%。结论及时准确的病情评估,合理、规范的激素治疗,扩张支气管药物的应用及机械通气支持治疗是重症哮喘治疗成功的关键。

The Treatment of Severe Asthma Patients

Objective Summary treatment of severe asthma and experience to improve the therapeutic effect.Methods Retrospective analysis of 59 patients with severe asthma clinical data.Results 59 patients symptomatic after 54 cases of active disease after treatment have been alleviated,the cure rate 94.9%.Asthma remission time 3 days in 16 cases,32 cases of 3 to 7 days,7d or more in 6 cases,average of 9 days.5 deaths,mortality rate 5.1%.Conclusion Timely and accurate condition assessment,reasonable and standard hormone therapy,bronchodilators drugs in the treatment of mechanical ventilation support is key to successful treatment of severe asthma.
