基于互联网平台的2型糖尿病患者健康管理模式研究

目的探讨基于互联网平台的健康管理模式对2型糖尿病患者血糖管理的效果。方法采用整群随机抽样法抽取2个院区住院的2型糖尿病患者,分别纳入观察组和对照组各100例。观察组采用互联网平台构建的健康管理模式,对照组进行常规糖尿病管理。干预前、干预12个月后,测评两组代谢指标(包括空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、三酰甘油、血清总胆固醇、体重指数)、自我管理能力。结果干预后,观察组代谢指标显著优于对照组;观察组足部护理、饮食控制、规律锻炼、血糖监测评分显著高于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论基于互联网平台的健康管理能改善2型糖尿病患者代谢指标,提高患者自我管理能力。

Study on the effects of internet-based health management for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To explore the effect of internet-based health management as a form of glucose control measure for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A cluster randomised controlled trial was conducted to recruit patients from two hospital affiliates,with 104 cases from each affiliates being either assigned into the control group,or the intervention group.The former received routine diabetes management,while the latter was subjected to internet-based health management.Metabolic indexes(fas-ting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,triglycerides,serum total cholesterol,body mass index)and self-management were measured and compared between the two groups at baseline,and 12 months of intervention.Results After the intervention,the intervention group had better metabolic indexes,and higher scores of foot care,diet control,regular exercises,and glucose monitoring,than the controls(P<0.01 for all).Conclusion Internet-based health ma-nagement can improve the metabolic indexes and self-management ability of patients with type 2 diabetes.
