| 摘 要： | 目的探讨分级授权联合积分制用于临床教师选拔与管理的效果。方法按时间段将实习护生180人分为对照组和观察组各90人;对照组护生到病区后按常规由护士长安排老师带教,观察组根据临床带教老师资质及教学能力分为初级、中级、高级三级进阶选拔,同时进行积分制管理。实施1年后评价效果。结果观察组护生理论、操作考核成绩,护生对教学老师及实习科室的满意度显著高于对照组(均P<0.01);教学任务完成合格率由96.83%(275/284)提高至100%(289/289)。结论分级授权联合积分制管理严格带教老师准入标准,充分调动其教学责任心、主动性和创造性,从而有效提高了教学效果和护生满意度。
