| 摘 要： | 用聚合酶链反应（ＰＣＲ）检测了４５例肺科病人的支气管肺泡灌洗液（ＢＡＬＦ）中乙肝病毒（ＨＢＶ），同时对其中２４例作血清ＨＢＶ检测，发现ＢＡＬＦ中ＨＢＶ阳性率为２６．６７％（１２／４５）、血清ＨＢＶ阳性率为４１．６７％（１０／２４）；血清ＨＢＶ阳性者其ＢＡＬＦ方有可能检出ＨＢＶ、血清ＨＢＶ阴性者其ＢＡＬＦ不能检出ＨＢＶ，ＢＡＬＦ中ＨＢＶ脱氧核糖核酸（ＨＢＶ－ＤＮＡ）可以复制、有传染性。

| Abstract: | Polymerare Chain Reaction(PCR)was used to detect hepatitis B virus(HBV)in thebrouchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)obtained from 45 patients admitted to the pulmonary de-partment.At the same time,serum HBV determination was performed in 24 of these pa-tients. It vvas found that HBV positive rate was 26.67%(12/45)in BALF,and 41.67%(10/24)in the serum. HBV positive BALF could only be seen in patients whose sera were HBV posi-tiveland HBV could not be found in BALF obtained from those patients whose sera were HBVnegative.HBV in BALF was infective. |
