16例妇科肿瘤中P16基因缺失的研究

摘    要:目的;研究P16基因缺失与妇科肿瘤发生与恶性变的关系:方法:采用聚合酶链式反应技术(PCR),扩增16例妇科肿瘤组织中的P16基因。结果:16例妇科肿组织中,有12例为恶性肿瘤。其中有4例出现P16基因缺失,缺失率为33.3%;有4例为良性肿瘤。未见P16基因缺失,结论:P16基因缺失可能与妇科肿瘤的发生及恶性变有关。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the possible relationship between deletion of P16 gene and abiogenesis of gynaecological tumor.Methods:16 gynaecologial tumor tissue were amplified for P16 gene by polymerase chain reaction-based analysis.Result:Of 12 gynaecological specimens,4(33.3%)showed homozygous deletion of P16 gene.No deletion was detected in 4 malignant tumor.Conclusions:Deletion of P16 gene might contribute to the abiogenesis and aggraration of gynaecological tumor.
