糖尿病患者的白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术

３０例糖尿病性白内障施行囊外白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术，其手术并发症与非糖尿病人无差异。唯术后视力差异有显著性。影响糖尿病者术后视力的主要原因是增殖性视网膜病变。糖尿病组未合并糖尿病性视网膜病变及合并单纯性糖尿病性视网膜病变与非糖尿病组差异差异无显著性，提示糖尿病合并增殖性视网膜病变的患者做白内障摘除及人工晶体植入术应当谨慎。

Cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation in diabetics

diabetics(47 eyes) having undergone cataract extraction with intraocular lens(IOL) implantation were examined and followed up. The results show that there is no significant difference in post-operative complications between the diabetic group and non-diabetic group. Only post-operative visual acuities between the two groups has significant difference(P<0.05). The main cause affecting the post-operative visual acuities of the diabetics is diabetic proliferative retinopathy(P<0.001).It is suggested that IOP implantation should be guarded only for diabetics with proliferative retinopathy.
