腹腔镜脑室肝膈间隙分流术腹腔端引流管固定方法的临床研究

结合脑积水４例的腹腔镜脑室肝膈间隙分流术，就在腹腔镜下怎样放置固定脑室腹腔引流管进行了临床研究。在腹腔镜缝合打结法、腹腔镜钛夹固定法、腹腔镜穿刺皮下固定法３种方法中，穿刺皮下固定法具有创伤小，操作简单，手术时间短等优点，是理想的手术方法。

CULTURE IN VITRO OF T CELL SUBGROUPS IN AXILLARY DRAINING LYMPHONODES OF PATIENTS WITH BREAST CANCER

in order to find more effect cells of tumor infiltrating lymohocytes(TIL) as a source of primary lymphocytes acting in the adoptive immunotherapy to neoplasm, the authors studied 17 patients with breast cancer, culture in vitro of TIL and T lymphocytes from axillary draining lymphonodes(DLN) under the conditions of autologous deactivate tumor cells and low dose recombining interleukin-2 were performed. Cell expansion, T lymphocytes phenotype and special antitumor cytotoxic activity were analysed. More primary T lymphocytes subgroups can be getted from DLN than that of TIL. Furthermore, both the phenotype of lymphocyte and the special cytotoxic activity of DLN are similar to that of TIL. T lymphocytes in DLN can be used as a new source of effect cells for special adoptive immunotherapy to the neoplasm.
