国际医疗部护士工作压力源的调查

目的了解三级甲等医院国际医疗部临床护士压力与压力源现状。方法采用方便取样法，选取北京某三级甲等医院在国际医疗部工作〉1年的93名临床护士作为调查对象，采用护士工作压力源量表对其进行调查。结果工作压力源项目排序按程度高低依次为：工作量和时间分配方面问题、护理专业与工作方面问题、病人护理方面问题、工作环境及资源方面问题、管理及人际关系方面问题。结论应对国际医疗部临床护士存在的压力与压力源给予足够的重视，设法减轻或消除引起工作压力的因素，促进护士身心健康，提高护理服务质量。

Survey of the stress source among the nurses of international medical services

Objective To analyze the status and the sources of stress among the nurse of international medical services in three level of first-class hospital. Methods 93 nurses who worked in international medical Beijing and they were investigated by scale of stress source. Results Work stress sources arranged in descending order: workload and time allocation;nursing specialty and problems in working;problems in patient care;working environment and resources, the last was management and interpersonal relation. Conclusions Enough attentions should be paid to the pressures and the sources of stress among nurses in international medical services. Effective strategies should be applied in order to alleviate or eliminate the stress sources, to keep nurses physically and psychologically healthy,and finally to improve nursing quality.
