结肠气钡双重造影对溃疡性结肠炎的X线诊断价值

目的：通过结肠气钡双重造影检查，回顾性分析评价该检查方法对溃疡性结肠炎的临床诊断价值。方法：45例溃疡性结肠炎应用日本岛津800mA数字胃肠X线诊断机进行了气钡肠道双重造影及肠镜检查术后病理证实。结果：溃疡性结肠炎的X线表现为病变白直肠逆行向上呈连续性发展，早期：结肠边缘见针刺状突出（或棘状突起）及正面的“靶样征”；急性期：出现“锯齿征”、“纽扣征”和“鹅卵石征”；慢性期：局部肠腔呈铅管样狭窄及假息肉形成。结论：结肠气钡双重造影对溃疡性结肠炎的检出和早期诊断都有着重要意义，是结肠疾病的首选检查方法，根据病史、进展方式和典型X线征像，本病较易诊断，不难与其他炎性结肠病变鉴别。

The X-Pay analysis value of double-contrast barium enema in the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis

Objective:45 cases of colon through the air-barium double contrast examination, retrospective analyses and e-valuate the method of clinical application. Methods: 45 cases of colon cancer was conducted multi-purpose machines for the air-barium double contrast gastro-intestinal X-ray diagnosis by Shimadzu 800 mA gastrointestinal and colonoscopy after pathology. Results: Ulcerative colitis usually starts in the rectum and may extend proximally (no skip lesions).This early change was spur or target sign which can be observed on the colon conture,Serrated sign betton sign and cobble-stone sign were found in the active stage.In the chronic stage region narrowing of colonic lumen was as like as leaded tube , and pseudpolyps formation were seen. Conclusion: GDBE examination is vital and the first choice to early diagnose colon disease, according to the history , the progressive attem and the findings on GDBE, the diagnosis may often be made on it.It isn't difficult to differentiate it from other inflammatory disease of the colon.
