175例妊娠晚期围产儿死亡影响因素与防治

目的探讨妊娠晚期即孕36周后至胎儿出生24小时内围产儿死亡原因及其影响因素,制定正确的对策和相应的措施,以利于降低围产儿死亡率。方法以三级保健网为依据,依据本区1999年至2003年各监测点的围产儿死亡报告卡及围产儿死亡评审记录,围产儿死亡共526例,其中孕36周后至胎儿出生24小时内围产儿死亡175例,占33.3%,进行死亡原因及影响因素分析。结果围产儿死亡原因排位,前3位分别为先天畸形、脐带因素、出生窒息,影响的因素主要有孕妇的保健意识,孕期的监测,其次是区、乡镇级医疗保健人员的知识技能问题和管理问题。结论先天畸形是本区围产儿死亡首要原因,因此,应采取积极干预措施,加强保健知识宣教和孕期的监测,有效降低出生缺陷发生率,降低围产儿死亡率。

An Study on Influencing Factor of 175 Neonatal Deaths in Late Pregnancy Periods and Prevention

Influential factors, first is the knowledge ability of pregnant women and monitor during the pregnant period, second is the knowledgd ability of the doctors and nurses. Conclusion Birth defect is first reasons cause neonatal deaths, to reduce birth defect occurrence rate efficiently, Strengthen peploe consciousness of health proection and monitor during the pregnant period.
