6例Ebstein畸形X线平片表现及诊断价值

对６ 例Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ 畸形的心脏三位相平片表现与二维超声表现进行比较，分析Ｘ 线平片的诊断价值。结果表明：心脏Ｘ 线平片显示巨大右心房、肺动脉狭窄为主要表现的Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ 畸形者，结合症状、体征可作为初步诊断，而Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ 畸形合并其它明显畸形如房缺、室缺等，心脏平片不易作出诊断。认为Ｘ 线平片在Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ 畸形的诊断中有一定的价值，但有局限

The expression and diagnostic value of X-ray plain film for Ebstein deformity: a report of 6 cases

The X-ray plain films were analysed by expressive comparison of heart triple X-ray plain film with 2D sonography in 6 patients with Ebstein deformity. Results indicated that Ebstein deformity could be preliminarily diagnosed if main manifestations of heart X-ray plain film appeared giant right atrium and pulmonary stenosis combined with clinical symptoms and signs. But it was uneasy to diagnose in heart X-ray plain film if Ebstein deformity combined with other deformity as atrial and ventriculat septal defect. It suggested that X-ray plain film is worthwhile in diagnosing Ebstein deformity but is limited.
