| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了用氨气敏电极,以样品加入法测定血清中的蛋白质,并对方法误差进行了考察。本法与凯氏定氮法的测定结果无明显差异(P>0.05),重现性良好(C.V.0.52%),平均回收率为99.49%,方法简便、快速。

| Abstract: | A China-made ammonia selective electrode was used for the determination ofserum protein by means of the sample-added method.We have investigated theaccuracy of this method.The results of this method and that of Kjeldahl nitrogonanalysis were compared,Statistical analysis showed that there was no significantdifference between these two methods(P>0.05).The replication was good(C. V.0.52%).The average recovery rate of this method was 99.49%. |
