1999~2003年北京市5岁以下儿童先天性心脏病死亡状况分析

目的:了解北京市5岁以下儿童先天性心脏病死亡的状况。方法:对1999~2003年北京市5岁以下儿童生命监测资料进行分析。结果:1999~2003年先天性心脏病已成为北京市5岁以下儿童的重要死因,其中婴儿期尤其是早期新生儿期死亡率较高。北京地区分布呈现城区死亡人数明显低于近郊和远县的特点。结论:降低先天性心脏病儿童死亡率,应以降低婴儿尤其是7 d内新生儿的死亡率为重点,做到早发现、早治疗。

Analysis of death status of congenital heart disease for children under five years old in Beijing from 1999 to 2003

Objective:To understand the death status of congenital heart disease for children under five years old in Beijing.Methods:The data of life supervision for children under five years old in Beijing from 1999 to 2003 were analyzed.Results:Congenital heart disease had been the important reason for death of children under five years old in Beijing from 1999 to 2003.The mortality was high in infants especially in early newborns.The region distribution took on a characteristic that the number of death in cities was apparently larger than that in outskirts and far counties in Beijing.Conclusion:To decrease death special mortality of congenital heart disease,economy must be developed and emphasis should be put on the decreasing of death of infants especially newborns in less than seven days.It is good preventing early,detecting early and curing early.
