高分辨CT的胸部扫描

目的研究高分辨ＣＴ（ＨＲＣＴ）技术，用以观察肺间质的微细结构及病理改变。方法正常组３６例，各种肺疾病患者１６９例，应用ＨＲＣＴ扫描进行观察，并与常规ＣＴ作比较。结果ＨＲＣＴ清晰显示了小叶间隔、细小支气管分支等结构，并表现了蜂窝样网影、胸膜下小结、胸膜下线影、毛玻璃征等反映肺间质病变的征象。结论ＨＲＣＴ是研究肺间质病变的好方法。适当增大Ｘ线技术条件，掌握好“窗”的技术，可提高ＨＲＣＴ图像的质量。

Thorax scanning with high resolution CT technique

Objective High resolution CT (HRCT) was used to observe the microstructure and lesions of lung mesenchyme. Method Thirty six cases of control group and 169 cases of lung disease group were studied by HRCT and the findings were compared with those obtained from conventional CT scanning.Result The microstructure of lung,such as pleurae between lobes,smaller bronchioli and different interstitial changes of lung including honeycomb lungs,subpleural nodules and linear density,and ground glass attenuation,were shown clearly.Conclusion HRCT is avaluable method for studying the interstitial lesions of lung.The HRCT image may be more clear if the X ray technical condition was improved and the window regulated well.
