中药凉血汤对寻常型银屑病患者外周血组胺的影响

目的探讨中药凉血汤治疗进行期寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及对外周血组胺的影响。方法采用系列病例观察方法。52例患者均应用凉血汤治疗,治疗12周后,观察临床疗效,并于治疗前后分别检测患者外周血组胺水平。同时设健康正常人20例作对照。结果52例银屑病患者采用凉血汤治疗后总有效率为78.85%,患者治疗前血中组胺含量明显高于治疗后及正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论中药凉血汤治疗寻常型银屑病疗效较好,组胺在其发病过程中起一定的作用。

Impacts of Liangxue Decoction on Histamine Level of Peripheral Blood in Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of liangxue decoction on progressive psoriasis vulgaris and the impact on histamine level of peripheral blood.Methods The series case observation method was adopted.All of 52 patients were treated with liangxue decoction and the clinical efficacy was observed 12 weeks later.The histamine level was determined before and after treatment separately.Meanwhile,20 cases of healthy persons were selected as control group.Results The total effective rate was 78.85% in 52 cases of psoriasis vulgaris treated with liangxue decoction.Blood histamine level before treatment was higher apparently than that in control group,indicating statistical significant difference（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of liangxue decoction on progressive psoriasis vulgaris is satisfactory and histamine plays a certain role in the occurrence of disease.
