| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血细胞分析仪测定血小板（PLT）的影响因素，为出入境人员提供科学准确的PLT计数依据。方法通过探讨影响血细胞分析仪测定PLT的影响因素，确定科学合理的PLT计数方法。结果影响因素有小红细胞干扰，试剂的质量，抗凝剂的种类，PLT发生凝集等。结论出入境人员的PLT计数应采用全自动血球计数仪筛查，对于异常结果采用手工计数的方法，得到准确的PLT数据。

Results Factors interfere with a small red blood cells, reagent type, PLT occurrence rate.Conclusion PLT should be counted by automatic blood corpus- Manual counting should be employed when abnormal results are achieved. |
