| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨重度前列腺增生症(BPH)的有效治疗方法。方法 应用铲状电极经尿道气化术联合电切术治疗128例重度前列腺增生症，其中Ⅲ度增生107例，Ⅳ度增生21例。结果手术操作平均时间89min，均未发生电切综合征(TURS)；切除前列腺组织重量平均41g，无手术死亡；随访3～12个月，IPSS评分从术前平均30．6分下降至术后平均8．4分。结论 经尿道前列腺气化术(TUEVP)加经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)联合治疗BPH兼有两者优点，是治疗重度BPH的有效方法。
