利福喷丁对结核菌素强阳性患者的保护作用研究

目的:探讨利福喷丁药物对结核菌素强阳性患者的保护作用。方法:将结核菌素强阳性患者随机分为实验组及对照组,分别口服利福喷丁与异烟肼预防治疗3个月,随访其接受性及活动性结核病发生情况。结果:口服利福喷丁组预防治疗的接受率为81.84%,药物不良反应率6.74%,2年内活动性结核病累积发病率为2.96‰,效果指数达8.07,可以避免87.61%的PPD强阳性患者发生结核病;服用异烟肼预防治疗组接受率69.14%,药物不良反应发生率14.09%,活动性结核病累积发病率为4.26‰,效果指数达5.61,保护率82.17%。两组之间不良反应及结核病发病率均有显著性差异。结论:利福喷丁对高危人群的预防性治疗不良反应少,接受性高,具有好的保护作用,可以替代异烟肼用于结核病高危人群的药物预防。

Study on tuberculosis prevention effects with Rifapentine for positive PPD reaction

Objective:To reveal prevention effects with Rifapentine for cases with PPD positive reaction.Methods: To group randomly into two team treated with Rifapentine and Isoniazide for three months respectively,and follow-up the incidence of active tuberculosis.Results: The acceptable rate was 81.84%,the rate of adverse drug reactions(ADR) was 6.74%,the active tuberculosis incidence was 2.96‰ during two years,the protective rate was 87.61%,the index of effectiveness was 8.07 for Rifapentine.The acceptable rate was 69.14%,the rate of adverse drug reactions was 14.09%,the active tuberculosis incidence was 4.26‰ during two years,the protective rate was 82.17%,the index of effectiveness was 5.61 for Isoniazide.There were significant difference between Rifapentine and Isoniazide group.Conclusion: It was feasible and effective that cases of PPD positive reaction were treated with Rifapentine instead of Isoniazide for three month preventing tuberculosis.
