摘    要:DAZL(deleted in azoospermia—like)基因是DAZ(deleted in azoospermia)基因家族的成员之一,位于常染色体上3q24,与DAZ基因高度同源。研究表明DAZL基因在人类睾丸和卵巢均有表达,在生殖细胞分化和性腺发育形成过程中扮演重要的角色。本文阐述了DAZL基因的缺失、多态性、突变及甲基化改变在人类生殖中的影响,并对其在辅助生殖技术中的价值作简要的讨论。

Abstract:DAZL(deleted in azoospermia-like) gene, an autosomal gene(chromosome 3p24), is a member of the DAZ(deleted in azoospermia) gene family and shares a high degree of homology with the DAZ. Germ cells are the main site of DAZL family protein expression. DAZL plays an important role in the cell differentiation and gonadogenesis. In this review, the effects of the changes in deletion, polymorphism, mutation and methylation of DAZL gene on the human reproduction are introduced. And there is a brief discussion about the value of DAZL in assisted reproductive technology.
