| 摘 要： | 目的利用微软公司Excel软件对抗生素效价测定结果进行生物统计分析。方法根据生物检定原理和统计要求,用Excel函数编辑公式,进行生物统计分析并对实验结果的可靠性进行评价。结果统计分析结果与抑菌圈扫描仪和手工计算一致。结论利用Excel软件能够有效处理抗生素效价测定数据,而且准确、直观,使用方便。
