烤瓷修复体的选色统计

目的 通过对比色记录的统计分析,比较Vita比色板与宁波地区人群牙冠颜色的适应性及分布频率,并提出临床比色要点。方法 随机收集我院烤瓷科1290例烤瓷修复患者的原始记录,对患者的性别、修复体的位置及选色结果进行分析,并作统计学处理。结果 比色板4种色调中以选A色凋为最多,占总数的77.44％。4种色调选色与性别的关系,经统计处理,A、B、C、D色调间男女无显著差异。但A色调内男女选择有非常显著差异。结论 宁波地区人们牙冠颜色主体在红棕色区（A色调）,并分布在VITA比色板小颜色较亮部分,男性较女性选色略深。

Satistics of Color Selection of Ceramic Restorations

Objective Through statistical analyses of color-matching records, the author compared the adaptability of Vita color tabs & tooth color of the people living in Ningbo and the distribution frequency. The key points of clinical color matching were also given in the paper. Methods At computer random,the author selected the original records of 1290 cases of ceramic restorations from Ceramic Department of Ningbo Stomatological Hospital. Then, the author did some analyses of the sex of the patients, the position of the restorations and color selection results. Results The author iound that the selection of Vita A in the tab of the four colors was the most frequent one and it covered 77.44% .The analyses showed there was no significant difference between the color selection and sex. But there was some significance in the selection of Vita A between men and women. Conclusion The principal part of natural tooth color of the people living in Ningbo was in the red brown area (Vita A) and it was in the brighter part of the vita and the color of ceramic crowns in men was darker than that in women.
