临床护理路径在60岁以上糖尿病肾衰竭患者行腹膜透析治疗的应用

目的：探讨临床护理路径在60岁以上糖尿病肾衰竭患者行持续性非卧床腹膜透析（CAPD）治疗中的应用效果。方法：将2001年7月至2009年10月在我科行CAPD治疗的47例60岁以上糖尿病肾衰竭患者分成观察组24例和对照组23例,对照组采用传统随机健康教育方式,观察组采用临床护理路径进行健康教育;比较两组患者出院时疾病相关知识的掌握情况、健康教育达标率及行CAPD治疗1年内发生低血糖、腹膜炎的情况。结果：出院时观察组的疾病相关知识掌握情况及健康教育达标率明显优于对照组（P〈0.01）;行CAPD治疗1年内发生低血糖、腹膜炎的例次也明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：临床护理路径为60岁以上糖尿病肾衰竭患者行CAPD治疗提供了更有效的指导,也提高了护理质量。

Application of clinical nursing pathway in continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis on above 60 years with diabetic renal failure

Objective：To evaluate the effect of clinical nursing path for continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis（CAPD）on above 60 years with diabetic renal failure.Methods：Observing 47 patients of CAPD with diabetic renal failure from Jun ,2001 to Oct,2009.Divided47 patients into research group （24 patients ）and control group（23 patients）.Research group adopted the clinical nursing path while control group adopted traditional health education.Compared grasping condition of knowledge about disease and health education matered rate discharging,and the number times of hypolycemia,peritontis in one year follow-up between the two groups.Results：Compared with control group ,grasping condition of knowledge about disease and health education materal rate were better in recearch group（P0.01）.The number of cases of hypolycemia and peritontis were lower than that of in control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：The clinical nursing path provided a more valid instruction for CAPD on above 60 years with diabetic renal failure,and improve the nursing quality.
