| 摘 要： | 1目的 观察老年人重症收缩性充血性心力衰竭 (CHF)近远期治疗效果。 2方法 对 10 1例老年重症收缩性心力衰竭患者急性加重期采用硝普钠持续泵入 ,心功能改善后进入远期治疗 ,根据个体差异 ,逐渐调整转换酶抑制剂 (ACEI)类、倍他乐克剂量或最大耐受量 ,安体舒通速尿、以及地高辛小剂量应用。随访观察 2年。3结果 对老年重症收缩性心力衰竭急性加重期与远期治疗随访结果显示 ,心功能明显改善 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,住院次数、住院时间较正规治疗前明显减少 (P<0 .0 0 1) ,病死率明显下降。4结论 正确把握急性发作期的及时有效治疗和重视正规的远期治疗 ,可有效改善心功能 ,提高生存质量

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect on patients with worse chronic congective heart failure.Methods 105 elderly patients with worse contractile congestive heart failure were initally received sodium nitroprusside micropumed.Those patients transferred to long term combined use of triamterene?furosemide and digoxin with tolerant does of ACEI and metoprolol individally after improvement of their clinical situationand were followed up two years.Result The cardiac function of elder patients with wores contractile heart failare were significantly improved(P<0.001) with lowed hospitalization and reduced fatality rate.Conclusion The well performed emergent and long therapeutic methods can effectively improved cardiac function and the quality of life.M |
