| 摘 要： | 目的：观察仙附温阳通络饮治疗阳虚寒凝型血栓闭塞性脉管炎的临床疗效。方法：将64例患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予复方丹参注射液30ml，日1次静脉滴注；治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服仙附温阳通络饮，两组患者局部创面给予常规消毒处理，4周为1个疗程，共观察2个疗程，对结果进行统计学处理。结果：对照组和治疗组的有效率分别为68-75％和93-75％，治疗组疗效明显优于对照纽，有显著差异性（P〈0-01）。结论：仙附温阳通络饮治疗阳虚寒凝型血栓闭塞性脉管炎的疗效肯定，疗效明显优于对照组。

Clinical observation on treating 64 cases of Yangxu Hanning thromboangiitis obliterans with Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo yin |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo yin treating Yangxu Harming thromboangiitis obliterans- Methods： 64 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, in which, the control group received compound Danshen injection 30ml for one times a day in intravenous drip, while the treatment group drinking Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo yin besides received Danshen injection- In addition, both of the two groups＇ patients received local wound with conventional disinfection for 4 weeks for a course of treatment and 2 courses were observed in total, at the same time, statistical analysis of results- Results： The efficiency rate of the control group and the treatment group are 68-75% and 93-75%- It is obviously that the treatment is better than the control group, which has significantly difference （P〈0-01）- Conclusion： Xianfu Wenyang Tongluo yin treating Yangxu Harming thrombo -angiitis obliterans has significantly effect and which treatment obviously better than the control group- |
