自拟龙草胶囊治疗支气管哮喘急性发作的临床研究

目的：探讨自拟龙草胶囊对支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法：患者随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组给予西医常规治疗，治疗组在对照组的基础上加用龙草胶囊，治疗前后进行疗效及肺功能、外周嗜酸性粒细胞（EOS）等指标比较。结果：两组患者治疗前后临床疗效及肺功能、EOS等均等到显著改善（P〈0-05），治疗组较对照组疗效更佳，肺功能、EOS等指标改善更显著（P〈0-05）。结论：自拟龙草胶囊能提高西医常规治疗对支气管哮喘急性发作的临床疗效，其机制可能与改善患者免疫紊乱，增加对西医常规治疗敏感性有关。

Clinical research on treating the attack of bronchial asthma with Longcao capsules

Objective： To observe the treating of clinical effect of the attack of bronchial asthma with Longcao capsules- Methods： Patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, in which, control group received the treating of routine Western medicine, while the treatment group were received Longcao capsules except routine western medicine, then compared their efficacy and pulmonary function, peripheral eosinophils （EOS） and other indicators before and after treatment- Results： Clinical efficacy and lung function of the two groups were both significantly improved before and after treatment （P〈0-05）, in which, treatment group better than control group, and its lung function, EOS and other indicators were more notable （P〈0-05）- Conclusions： Longcao capsules can improved the clinical effect of treating the attack of bronchial asthma by routine Western medicine, which principle may be associated with improved immune disorders and increased sensitivity to conventional treatment of Western medicine-
