参附及复方丹参注射液治疗慢性心衰34例

目的：对比参附注射液与参附注射液联合复方丹参注射液在治疗慢性心力衰竭中的疗效，以及血液流变学改变。方法：62例患者按入院单双号分为参附注射液治疗组（以下简称“参附组”）30例，参附联合复方丹参注射液治疗组（以下简称复方“丹参组”）32例；参附组在给予一般治疗同时给予参附注射液静点14d，复方丹参组在参附组治疗的基础上加用复方丹参注射液静点14d。结果：参附组有效率86．67％，复方丹参组87．5％。复方丹参组疗效略优于参附组，但无统计学意义；复方丹参组血液流变学指标改善，明显优于参附组。结论：参附及参附联合丹参治疗慢性心衰疗效相仿。参附联合复方丹参注射液在改善慢性心衰患者血液流变学指标方面具有良好优势。

Treating 34 cases of chronic heart failure with Shenfu injection plus Danshen injection

Objective： To compare the effect of treating chronic heart failure only used Shenfu injection with using Shenfu injection plus Danshen injection in the change of hemorheology. Methods： 62 cases were divided by hospital odd and even numbers into Shenfu treatment group （n=30） and Danshen treatment group （n=32）. In the Shenfu treatment group treated 14 days with general treatment plus Shenfu injection, in the Danshen treatment group treated 14 days based on the Shenfu treatment group plus Danshen injection. Results： The efficient rate of Shenfu group was 86.67%, while the Danshen group was 87.5%. The effect of Danshen group was slightly better than Shenfu group, but there was no statistically significant. The improvement of hemorheology indicators of Danshen group was obviously better than it in Shenfu group. Conclusion： The effect of treating chronic heart failure by Shenfu was the same as Danshen. There were clear advantages on improving chronic heart failure patients＇ hemorheology indicators when treated with Danshen injection.
