当归四逆汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛40例

目的：探讨当归四逆汤加减治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效。方法：对照组给予含服硝酸甘油缓解，治疗组给予当归四逆汤加减。结果：治疗组与对照纽心绞痛疗效总有效率分别为：92-5％、78-38％。心电图疗效总有效率分别为：77-5％、59-46％。2组比较差异显著（P〈0，05）。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：当归四逆汤加减配以西医常规可有效改善心绞痛症状，临床疗效显著。

Treating 40 cases of coronary heart disease angina with Danggui Sini decoction

Objective： To explore the effect of angelica SND adjustment treat coronary heart disease angina- Methods： The control group was given nitroglycerin by sublingnal to relieve, while the treatment group was given angelica SND adjustment- Results： The total effective rate of the two groups were 92-5% and 78-38%- The total effective rate of ECG were 77-5% and 59-46%- Compared them with each other, there was obviously difference （P〈0-05）- The effect of treatment group was better than the control group- Conclusion： Angelica SND adjustment plus Western medicine could effectively improved symptoms of angina, which has a significantly clinical efficacy-
