| 摘 要： | 中药注射剂的开发和临床应用日趋广泛，不良反应发生率也逐年上升。临床工作中使用中药注射剂辨证施护体会总结，首批使用中药注射液，并用50ml的5％葡萄糖或50ml的生理盐水间隔两组或两组以上液体，询问中药过敏史，减少中药注射剂不良反应发生率。

| Abstract: | TCM injections＇ development and clinical using is increasingly wide, but the incidence of adverse reactions also increased year by year. Overview the differentiation nursing experience of TCM injections in clinical. First using TCM injections, and 50ml of 5% glucose or 50ml of saline, every two or two above the liquid. Asked allergy history of TCM, to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. |
