参麦注射液联合化疗GP方案治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的效果评价

目的：观察参麦注射液配合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤的效果、毒副反应及患者体力恢复状况。方法：选择我院2008年3月～2010年3月确诊为中晚期肺癌的住院患者60例，随机分为对照组30例采用常规西药化疗GP方案：盐酸吉西他滨1000mg／m^2，第1、8天静脉推注；顺铂25mg／m^2，第1～3天静脉滴注。治疗组30例在对照组治疗的基础上加用参麦注射液100ml，持续静脉滴注，16d为1个疗程。结果总有效率治疗组（53．3％）高于对照组（33．3％），P〈0．05。常见的症状咳嗽、血痰、气短、乏力缓解情况，治疗组缓解效果优于对照纽，P〈0．05。结论：参麦注射液配合化疗治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤不仅疗效提高，且副作用减轻，患者体力恢复较快，生活质量提高。

An effective evaluation on treating mid-advanced cancer with Shenmai injection plus GP chemotherapy program

Objective： To observe the effect, adverse reactions and patients＇ physical recovery conditions of treating mid-advanced cancer with Shenmai injection plus GP chemotherapy program. Methods： To select 60 mid-advanced cancer patients in our hospital treated from March 2008 to March 2010, randomly divided into control group （n=30） and treatment group （n=30）. Control group treated with conventional western medicine GP chemotherapy program intravenous injected gemcitabine 1000mg/m^2 at the 1st and 8th day, intravenous injected cisplatin 25mg/m^2 from 1st day to 3rd day. Treatment group treated with Shenmai injection 100ml based on the control group, 16 days as a course. Results： The total efficient rate of treatment group （53.3%） was higher than control group＇s （33.3%）, P〈0.05.The effect of treatment group in relieve cough, bloody sputum, short of breath and fatigue was better than control group, P〈O.05. Conclusion： Treating mid-advanced cancer with Shenmai injection plus GP chemotherapy program not only improve the effect, but also can relieve the adverse reactions and improve the life quality of patients.
