缺血性中风的中药针剂治疗研究

目的：比较黄芪注射液、刺五加注射液、复方丹参注射液、清开灵注射液在中医-临床对于缺血性中风的治疗。方法：选择120例缺血症辩证分成气虚血瘀组40例，采取每日静脉滴注黄芪加复方丹参注射液治疗，’肾虚血瘀组35例，采用静脉滴注刺五加注射液，痰热瘀阻组45组，采用清开灵注射液，一共28天。结果：益气活血组的有效率为92．5％，补肾活血组的有效率为82．85％，化痰开窍组的有效率为84．44％。测试表明在益气活血组的效果明显好于其他组别（P〈0．05）。结论：采用益气活血疗法在诊疗气虚血瘀型中风是最佳的选择。

A research on treating ischemic stroke with TCM injection

Objective： To compare the treatment effect of astragalus injection, acanthopanax injection, compound Danshen injection, Qingkailing injection on ischemie stroke in TCM clinical. Methods： Selecting 120 cases of ischemic stroke, divide them into Qixu Xueyu group for 40 cases, it was treated with intravenous infusion of astragalus plus Fufang Danshen injection every day, 35 cases for Shenxu Xueyu group, were treated with intrvenous infusion of acanthopanax injection, 45 cases for Tanre Yuzu group were treated with Qingkai ling injection, total for 28 days. Result： The effective rate of Yiqi Huoxue group was 92.5%, the effective rate of Bushen Huoxue group was 82.85%, that of Huatan Kaiqiao group was 84.44%, tests showed that the effect of Yiqihuoxue group was better than the other groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： It was the best selection of treating Qixu Xueyu syndrome stroke with Yiqihuoxue therapy.
