| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨水飞蓟宾对抗结核药物引起的肝功能损害患者进行预防性治疗后的肝脏的保护作用。方法：随机将病人两组，治疗组30例，对照组24例，治疗组在用抗结核药物的同时全程加服水飞蓟宾，对照组仅仅加用肝泰乐，观察两组肝损害的情况。结果：治疗组的发生肝损害的患者少于对照组，严重损害的患者也大大少于对照组，4周后，治疗组未在发生肝损害。两组比较X^2=7-095，P〈0-05，有统计学的差异。结论：水飞蓟宾对抗结核药物引起的肝功能损害有保护作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the silibinin protective effect on liver dysfunction caused by anti-TB drug- Methods： The patients were randomly divided into two groups： The treatment group 30 cases, and the control group 24 cases- The treatment group plus silibinin based on anti-TB drugs, and the control group only plus glucurolactone- Observe the case of liver damage- Result： The treatment group patients occurred in liver damage less than the control group, severe damage patients were also significantly less than the control group, after 4 weeks, the treatment group did not in case of liver damage- Compare the two groups, x^2=7-095, P〈0-05, which had statistically difference- Conclusion： The silibinin has protective effect on liver dysfunction caused by anti-TB drug- |
