| 摘 要： | 目的：观察大柴胡汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎的疗效。方法：将52例患者随机分为两组，治疗纽30例，对照组22例。治疗组用大柴胡汤加减，对照组用西药治疗。结果：治疗组有效率为90．00％，对照组总有效率为72．83％，两组疗效有统计学意义。结论：大柴胡汤加减治疗慢性胆囊炎有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of treating chronic cholecystitis with Dachaihu decoction. Methods： Randomly divided 52 cases of patients into two groups, 30 cases in treatment group while 22 cases in control group. The treatment group was treated with Dachaihu decoction while the other with Western medicine. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00% while the control group was 72.83%, the effective of the two groups had statically significance. Conclusion： Treating chronic cholecystitis with Dachaihu decoction made a better effect. |
