全科医疗服务模式预防精神分裂症复发的效果观察

目的提高精神分裂症患者的治愈率、康复率，减轻家庭及社会的经济负担，使精神卫生的防治更具可行性、科学性和有效性。方法干预组和对照组在给予药物相同的情况下，干预组采用以人为中心、以家庭为单位、以整体健康的维护与促进为方向的综合、连续、协调、可及的人性化全科医疗服务模式加以干预。结果干预后，干预组患者的BPRS、PANSS、SDSS得分均低于对照组，经统计学处理，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）。服药依从性增强，复发率减少，经统计学处理，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论全科医疗服务模式是预防精神分裂症复发的有效服务模式。

The Effect of General Practice Services Model in Preventing Relapse of Schizophrenia

Objective To increase the cure rate and recovery rate of schizophrenia patients and reduce their families economic burden and social burden and provide the scientific basis for the mental health prevention and cure. Methods Both groups were treated with the same antipsychotie medical,while the intervention group also accepted comprehensive, continuous,coordinated,accessible,humanistic general practice services model,which is people-centered,family-unit,for the maintenance and promotion the overall health of direction. Results After interventions,the scores of BPRS,PANSS,SDSS in intervention group were lower than those in control group （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Medicine compliance was effectively increase and relapse rate was reduce in the intervention group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion General practice services is an effective services model in preventing relapse in schizophrenia patients.
