西咪替丁联合藿香正气散治疗小儿秋季腹泻69例疗效观察

目的研究西咪替丁联合藿香正气散治疗小儿秋季腹泻的临床疗效。方法将我院确诊的腹泻患儿138例按照就诊顺序随机分为治疗组和对照组各69例。对照组在常规的纠正水电解质紊乱等对症支持治疗的基础上，给予西咪替丁20mg／（kg·d），每日2次，口服和利巴韦林10mg／（kg·d），静点；治疗组在对照组的基础上给予灌服藿香正气散，每日两次。两组均5d为1个疗程，根据患儿情况治疗1—2个疗程，观察临床疗效和止泻时间及总疗程时间。结果治疗组的总有效率为92．75％，对照组为81．16％，两组的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；治疗组的止泻时间和总疗程也明显较对照组缩短，差异亦有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论西咪替丁联合藿香正气散法治疗小儿秋季腹泻具有很好的疗效，止泻时间短，并且安全性好。

Treatment of Infantile Autumn Diarrhea by Combination of Cimetidine and Huoxiangzhengqi Powder: An Effects Observation of 69 Cases

Objective To study the clinical effects of Combination of Cimetidine and Huoxiangzhengqi Powder on infantile autumn diarrhea. Methods One hundred and thirty-eight cases infantile with autumn diarrhea from June 2008 to June 2010 were picked out and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group 69 cases in each. The control group was treated with cimetidine 20mg/ （kg·d）,tid po and continuous intravenous infusion of ribavirin 10 mg/ （kg·d）;The treatment group received Huoxiangzhengqi powde,bid po,except received the control group＇s therapeutical method for 5 days,and each patients were treated for 1-2 treatment period up to each one＇s disease. Results ①The total therapeutical effective rate of the treatment group compared with that of the control group has significantly statistics difference （P〈0.05）.②The significant difference was found（P〈0.05） on antidiarrheal time and total therapeutical time in two groups Compared with the control group the treatment group was short. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Huoxiang zhengqi powde is good and the antidiarrheal time and total therapeutical time are shorter than the control group＇s and worthy of being widely used.
