PDMS与GDS粗大运动发育量表在脑瘫患儿康复疗效评估中的应用

摘    要:目的比较Peabody粗大运动发育量表(PDMS-GM)与格赛尔粗大运动发育量表(GDS—GM)两种粗大运动评估方法在脑瘫患儿康复疗效评估中的应用价值。方法根据患儿具体情况选择一种最适合的训练方式,用PDMS—GM和GDS—GM两种方法对33例脑瘫患儿分别于治疗前及治疗1个疗程(3个月)后各进行1次评估。对两种量表评估结果进行统计学处理的比较。结果PDMS—GM评估的33例脑瘫患儿治疗1个疗程前粗大运动功能(22.45±9.70),治疗后(32.26±10.10),比较有显著性差异(P〈0.05);GDS—GM评估结果显示脑瘫儿童治疗1个疗程前粗大运动功能(36.25±21.74),治疗后(37.88±22.76),比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论PDMS—GM比GDS—GM能更敏感、更早地反映脑瘫患儿粗大运动功能发育变化,更有利于疗效判断。

Abstract:Objective To compare the rehabilitation effect evaluation of brain paralysis with PDMS-GM and GDS-GM. Methods The most correct methods were chosen following the patients' concrete conditions, 33 brain paralysis patients were taken stock with PDMS-GM and GDS-GM at pretherapy and posttreatment, and stylistic comparison of the two assessment results was made. Results Clinical efficacy were evaluated with PDMS-GM before and after treatment that were (22.45 ±9.70) and (32.26± 10.10) respectively, and there was significant difference(P〈0.05). Clinical efficacy were evaluated with GDS-GM before and after treatment that were (36.25±21.74) and (37.88±22.76),and there was no significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusion PDMS-GM can be more sensitive and earlier than GDS-GM to reflect developmental changes of gross motor function in children with cerebral palsy, and be more favorable for curative effect evaluation.
