| 摘 要： | 肿瘤细胞上某些受体常常超量表达,放射性核素标记的配体可与肿瘤细胞上的相应受体特异性结合而使肿瘤得以显像。利用受体的介导作用,使放射性配体进入并杀死肿瘤细胞而行靶向药物治疗。肿瘤受体显像及受体介导靶向治疗得到广泛的研究,在肿瘤的诊断和治疗中有很高价值。

| Abstract: | A variety of receptors are overexpress on cancer cell. Ligang labeled with radionuclide can specifically bind its receptor expressed on cancer cell to make tumor imaged. By receptormediated, radioligand can enter into cancer cells and kill them. Tumor receptor imaging and receptortargeted radiotherapy have been extensive studied and have high value in cancer diagnosis and therapy. |
