微血管生成及细胞增殖在宫颈癌发生中的作用

摘    要:目的:探讨Endoglin及PCNA在宫颈癌的发展中的作用及相互关系。方法:免疫组化SP法检测32例正常宫颈、31例宫颈癌、34例宫颈上皮内瘤样病变中Endoglin和PCNA的表达,并计算出微血管密度(MVD)和增殖指数(PI)。结果:Endoglin及PCNA与宫颈癌的分级和FIGO的临床分期有密切关系。宫颈上皮内瘤样病变程度与MVD和PI表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。宫颈癌的恶性度和FIGO临床分期与MVD、PI呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:血管形成参与了宫颈癌的发展;Endoglin和PCNA与宫颈癌恶性程度密切相关。

Abstract:Objective:To study effect and relationship between endoglin and PCNA in cervical cancer developing.Methods:Endoglin and PCNA were examined with SP immunohistochemistry in 31 cervical cancer,34 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)and 32 normal cervix uteri,and microvessel density(MVD)and proliferation index(PI)were calculated.Results:Endoglin and PCNA correlated positively with pathograde and FGIO stage of cervical carcinoma(P<0.05).The grade of malignant of cervical carcinoma correlated positively with clinical stage of FIGO,MVD and PI(P<0.05).Conclusions:Angiopoiesis participate in development of cervical carcinoma;endoglin and PCNA were correlated positively with malignancy degree of cervical carcinoma.
