高温与噪声联合作用对心血管系统的影响

摘    要:为了解高温与噪声联合作用对心血管系统的影响。选择76名噪声接触工人为接触组,113名同时接触高温和噪声的工人为复合接触组,另选47名不接触高温和噪声的人员为对照组,进行对照分析。结果显示:接触组和复合接触组的高血压检出率、心电图异常率均高于对照组,且后者高于前者。但两组心电图异常的类型有所不同。两组的高血压检出率和心电图异常率均随工龄延长而明显增加,高血压检出率增加趋势更为明显。提示:作业工人复合接触高温和噪声比单独接触噪声对心血管系统的影响要大,且高温和噪声在影响心血管系统方面有一定的协同作用。

Abstract:In order to evaluate the impact of the combined effect of heat and noise on cardiovascular system,76 noise exposed workers were selected as the exposed group,113 heat and noise exposed workers were taken as the combining exposed group,and 47 workers unexposed to heat and noise were taken as the control group.An epidemiological investigation was conducted among these groups.The results showed that the prevalence of hypertension and the abnormal rates of ECG in exposed group and combining exposed group were significanlty higher than those of the control group,and those in combining exposed group were significantly higher than that of the exposed group.But the abnormality of ECG in exposed group was not the same as the combining exposed group.The prevalence of hypertension and abnormal rates of ECG in exposed group increased gradually and significantly as the working age prolonged.The increase of the prevalence of hypertension was more significant.These results indicated that the combined exposure of heat and noise might have more significant impact on cardiovascular system than those exposed to noise only,and there might be some synergistic impact on cardiovascular system.
