摘    要:目的:评价钛锆铌锡(Ti-12.5Zr-3Nb-2.5Sn)合金机械性能。方法:制备钛锆铌锡合金试样,测试合金的机械性能和显微维氏硬度,观察拉伸试样的金相显微结构和断口形貌。结果:Ti-Zr-Nb-Sn合金抗拉强度为671.3MPa,屈服强度为561.5MPa,延伸率为18.1%,弹性模量为92.5GPa,维氏硬度为250.7HV;合金金相组织表现为细化的晶粒结构,合金断口呈典型的微孔聚合型断裂形貌。结论:Ti-Zr-Nb-Sn合金机械性能满足口腔修复的要求。

Abstract:Objective: To study the mechanical properties of a new titanium alloy with Ti-12.5Zr-3Nb-2.5Sn. Methods: Samples of a newly developed Ti-Zr-Nb-Sn alloy were prepared. The mechanical properties were measured by tensile test. The microstructure and microhardness profile of the specimen section were measured by metallurgical microscope and mi- crohardness test meter. Results: The data of the tensile strength (MPa), yield strength (MPa), elongation(%), elastic modulus (GPa) and microhardness (HV) of the Ti-Zr-Nb-Sn alloy were 671.3, 561.5, 18.1, 92.5 and 250.7 respectively. The microstructure showed fine crystal grains. Conclusion: The microstructure and the mechanical properties of the Ti-Zr-Nb-Sn alloy may meet the requirement for dental restoration
