| 摘 要： | 目的探讨2型糖尿病合并无症状性脑梗死的发病特点。方法对具有轻微神经系统症状的2型糖尿病患者行头颅CT扫描,选择具有阳性结果的病例记录其梗死部位及临床症状。结果38例入选病例均符合诊断标准,其中多发性梗死27例,单侧梗死11例。结论2型糖尿病合并无症状性脑梗死患者症状轻微,应充分提起临床重视。

| Abstract: | Objective ] To study the onset characteristics of type 2 diabetes combined with asymptomatic cerebral infarction. Methods] Head CT scan was conducted on type 2 diabetes patients with slight nervous system symptoms, the positive cases were selected, infarct sites and the clinical symptoms were recorded. Results] All 38 selected cases met the meet the diagnostic criteria, among which 27 were identified multiple cerebral infarction, 11 unilateral cerebral infarction. Conclusion ] Though the symptom of patients with type 2 diabetes and asymptomatic cerebral infarction is slight, it should be attached with clinical importance. |
