| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨早期胆囊癌误诊原因。方法 对病理已证实的 2 7例NevinⅠ、Ⅱ期胆囊癌进行回顾性分析。结果 2 7例早期胆囊癌患者中 ,诊断正确 12例 (44.4 % ) ;胆囊癌合并胆石症者 15例 (5 5 .6 % ) ,其中误诊胆石症 10例 (6 6 .7% ) ;无合并胆石症者 12例 (44.4 % ) ,其中误诊 5例 (41.7% ) ,合并有胆石症者误诊率明显高于无合并胆石症者。结论 早期胆囊癌无特征性临床表现 ,合并胆石症是其误诊率高的主要原因 ;B超检查和术中探查是诊断早期胆囊癌的主要手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the reason for misdiagnosis of early stage carcinoma of gallbladder.Methods Retrospective analysis was made for 27 cases of Nevin I, II carcinoma of gallbladder demonstrated by pathology.Results Among those,there were correct diagnosis in 12 cases (44.4 %),15 cases of gallbladder carcinoma with gallstones( 55.6 % ),misdiagnosis for gallstones in 10 cases(66.7 %);no combined gallstones in 12 cases(44.4 %)and misdiagnosis in 5 cases(41.7 %).Misdiagnosis rate for combined gallstones was obviously higher than that of no combined gallstones.Conclusion There was no specific clinic expression for early stage gallbladder carcinoma.Combined gallstones are the main reason for misdiagnosis.B ultrasonic test and exploration during operation are the main methods to diagnose early stage gallbladder carcinoma. |
