Abstract: | Wilson's disease is an autosomal recessive disorder of copper metabolism characterized mainly by liver cirrhosis and neurological disorders. Appropriate treatment with chelating agents allows normal fertility function. We report five consecutive successful pregnancies of the same woman, treated in the high-risk unit at our medical center. The management dilemmas and treatment options are discussed. |
