海洛因依赖康复期焦虑、抑郁情绪分析

目的 对海洛因依赖患者康复期焦虑、抑郁情绪进行分析。方法 应用焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表对156名海洛因依赖患者在住院治疗2周后进行评定。结果 海洛因依赖患者总分均明显高于国内常模。焦虑发生率82．9％，抑郁发生率72.4％。结论 海洛因依赖不仅会产生躯体依赖，也会产生精神或心理依赖。海洛因依赖患者在进行脱毒治疗后，并不意味着戒毒治疗的完成，应该给予积极的心理干预，以解除其抑郁、焦虑和恐怖等心理障碍。

Analysis of Anxiety and Depression of Heroin Dependence during their Restoration period

Objective To study anxiety and depression of heroin dependence during their restoration period. Methods Using SAS and SDS to evaluate 156 cases of heroin dependence after two weeks of inpatient care. Results The total marks of heroin dependence are remarkably higher than domestic norm. Anxiety incidence is 82. 9% and depression incidence is 72. 4% . Conclusion Heroin not only produces somatic dependence but mental dependence. Detoxicating doesn't imply the fulfillment of detozxical treatment and ought to give active psycho-intervention to remit depression,anxiety and phobia etc.
