胃部疾病患者红细胞及组织中超氧化物歧化酶活性测定

摘    要:报告慢性浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎、慢性胃炎伴肠化生或不典型增生、胃溃疡、胃及食管癌共262例患者的红细胞及组织中铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu-Zn SOD)活性测定结果,组织中Cu-Zn SOD活性如上顺序依次降低,且与浅表性胃炎比较有显著差异(P<0.001,P<0.005,P<0.001,P<0.001)。红细胞Cu-Zn SOD活性在胃及食管癌、胃溃疡较浅表性胃炎有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.02)。提示由于组织和红细胞SOD活性降低,使细胞氧代谢过程中产生的超氧自由基(O?)不能及时清除引起细胞结构及功能损伤,此在疾病的发生、发展和癌的形成中起一定作用。

Abstract:This article reports that the Cu-Zn SOD activity of RBC in the blood andthe gastric mucosa tissues of 262 patients with chronic superficial gastritis, chronictrophic gastritis. chronic gastritis associated with in testinal metaplasia or displasia, gastric ulcers and carcinomas of the stomach and the esophagus were deter-mined.The results showed that Cu-Zn SOD activity in the tissues reduced inproper order of the disease mentioned above. There was very significant difference between the Cu-Zn SOD activity in superficial gastritis and that in thelatter four. RBC Cu-Zn SOD activity of the patients with gastritic and esopha-geal cancer and gastric ulcers is significantly lower than that in superficial.gastritis. It suggests that as the SOD activity is lower, the superoxide radicals(O_2) produced in oxygen metabolism cann't be scavenged prompty.The struc-ture and the function of cells may be damaged by the excess of O_2 and mayplay a role in the occurrence dnd development of these disease and the form-ation of carcinoma.
