疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝

目的探讨聚丙稀网塞及补片在腹股沟疝修补术(疝环充填式无张力疝修补术)中的优点,并总结经验教训.方法采用美国巴德公司的聚丙稀锥形充填物及成型补片对108例腹股沟疝病人施行疝环充填式无张力疝修补术.观察手术时间、伤口疼痛、术后自主能力的恢复、并发症及复发率.结果手术时间平均48.5min;术后4～6h病人能下床活动;伤口疼痛时间2～3d.术后排尿困难2例,伤口积液3例,切口感染2例,1例阴囊积液,1例睾丸炎.术后获随访3月～33月98例,仅2例复发.结论锥形充填物及成型补片组织兼容性好,无排异反应,具有一定的抗感染能力,是理想的疝修补材料.疝环充填式无张力疝修补术手术操作简便,损伤轻,恢复快,并发症少和复发率低,并可放宽手术指征,是较先进的疝修补术式.

The clinical application of polypropylene mesh & plug in groin hernia repair

Objective To approach the advantages and summarize the experience of mesh & plug tension-free hernia repair. Methods The mesh & plug tesion-free hernia repair was administered in 108 patients of groin hernia with the Bard Mesh & Perfix plug offered by Bard Company in U. S. A. The operation time, postoperative pain, patient' s recovery ability, complications and recurrence rate were analysized retrospectively. Results The average operation time was 48. 5 minutes. The patients could move within 4-6 hours of the end of the operation. Postoperative pain lasted about 2-3 days. Two cases had retention of urine, three had wound subcutaneous hydrops, two had wound infection,one had scrotal hydrocele and one had testitis after operation. With followed up 98 cases in 3 months to 33 months, recurrence was found only two cases. Conclusion Bard Mesh & Perfix Plug has a good tissue-compatibility, capability of anti-infection and no rejection. It is ideal material for herna repair. The Mesh & Plug tesion-free hernia repair is easy to be performed and it has an advantage of minor trauma, quicker recovery and lower recurrence. And the operation indication can be widened. It is one of the most advanced method in the treatment of groin hernia.
