| 摘 要： | 目的：观察角膜解毒剂对单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的疗效。方法：随机分成130例角膜解毒剂观察组，128例传统西医疗法对照组，观察对角膜刺激炎症、溃疡愈合时间的疗效比较。结果：角膜解毒剂较西医传统疗法治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎，角膜刺激症状及溃疡愈合情况观察组明显高于对照组，治愈率差异有显著性（P〈0．05），治愈平均时间有明显显著性（P〈0．01）。结论：角膜解毒剂治疗浅层型和中基质型单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate therapeutic effect of cornea toxicide for treating herpes simplex viral keratitis.Methods:Compare therapeutic effect of cornea irritation inflammation and ulcer agglutination time between cornea toxicide observation group(30 cases)and tradition medical group(28 cases).Results:There is a great significance of cure rate and curing average time between observation group and tradition medical group(P<0.01).Conclusion:There is more therapeutic effect of cornea toxicide for treating superficial lamella and middle groundsubstance herpes simplex viral keratitis. |
