酒精加654-2湿敷对静脉滴注甘露醇所致静脉炎的防护作用研究

目的:探讨应用酒精加654-2湿敷预防套管针输注甘露醇所致静脉炎。方法:将60例患者分为湿敷组和常规组,每组30例,湿敷组患者使用套管针输注甘露醇时用75%酒精加654-2纱布湿敷套管针敷贴上方,至输液结束后30m in,常规组未作任何处理,观察比较两组患者静脉炎的发生例数和套管针留置时间。结果:湿敷组与常规组静脉炎发生率有明显差异(P<0.05),用酒精加654-2湿敷法可以明显降低静脉炎发生率;两组套管针留置时间亦有显著性差异(P<0.05),湿敷组套管针留置时间明显长于常规组。结论:75%洒精加654-2纱布湿敷局部可以预防和减少静脉炎的发生,延长套管针的留置时间。

Study on the effect of wet packing of 654-2 gauze soaked with alcohol on prevention of phlebitis caused by injecting mannitol through vein

Objective: To explore the effect of wet packing of 654-2 gauze soaked with alcohol on prevention of phlebitis caused by using trocar to inject mannitol through vein.Methods: 60 patients were divided into wet packing treatment group(n=30) and routine treatment group(n=30).Wet packing with 654-2 gauze soaked with alcohol(concentration 75%) was adopted upper the injected vein when mannitool being injected by trocar through vein in the wet packing treatment group,wet packing lasted 30 minutes after injection.No extra treatment was given in the routine treatment group.Then the occurrence of phlebitis and remaining time of trocar were observed.Results: The significant difference was seen in the incidence of phlebitis of the two groups(P<0.05).The remaining time of trocar was obviously longer in the wet packing treatment group than that in the routine treatment group.Conclusion: Local wet packing with 654-2 gauze soaked with alcohol(concentration 75%) can prevent and reduce the occurrence of phlebitis.
