| 摘 要： | 本文报告6例不易手术切除和经肝动脉灌注与碘油栓塞的肝癌患者、2例肝动脉灌注与碘油栓塞后行肝动脉内药盒系统植入术的结果。作者复习有关文献认为肝动脉导管药盒系统植入术是不易手术和化疗栓塞肝癌有效的治疗方法，可增进化疗栓塞患者的疗效。同时对动脉导管药盒系统植入术有关技术，应用价值和存在问题提出讨论。

| Abstract: | This article reports results of the implanted artery port-catheter system for unresectable liver cancer in 6 cases who were unapplicable transcatheter oily chemoembolization and in 2 casee after transcatheter oily chemoembolization. The authors review about the information and conclude that the implanted artery port-catheter system is useful for unresectable liver cancer of unapplicable transcatheter oily chemoembolization and that it improved efficacy of liver cancer after transcatheter oily chemoembolization.Meanwhile, the authors discuss technique, applicable value and promble of the implanted artery port-catheter system. |
