微波诱导高温原位灭活切除脊柱恶性肿瘤患者的特殊护理配合

目的研究总结微波诱导高温原位灭活切除脊柱恶性肿瘤的术中无瘤操作技术配合要点。方法对12例恶性脊柱肿瘤患者，采用无瘤技术配合严格控制恶性肿瘤细胞的医源性扩散，有效杜绝交叉感染；安全保护周围正常组织，有效预防并发症。结果12例患者手术顺利，经随访均无肿瘤转移，无脊柱周围组织（神经、血管）副损伤，无围手术期并发症。结论微波诱导高温原位灭活切除脊柱恶性肿瘤手术提高了患者的生存质量，医患满意，达到预期效果。

Special operation coordination of microwave-induced hyperthermia in management of aggressive spinal bone tumors

Objective To study and summarize the tumor-free technique points for coordinating the operations aiming at rejecting aggressive spinal tumors by microwave and hyperthermia induced method. Methods 12 cases of patients with malignant bone tumors were performed with operations for rejecting tumor, using tumor-free technique to avoid cross infection, protect normal tissue nearby and prevent complications effectively. Results 12 cases of operations were successfully performed, no metastasis was seen, no adjacent tissue injury and peri-operative complications oecured. Conclusions Microwave-induced hyperthermia in management of aggressive spinal bone tumors can increase the post-operative living-quality of patients, make both medical staff and patients satisfied and reach anticipated effect.
