摘    要:目的建立一种用毛细管区带电泳法测定复方磺胺嘧啶片中磺胺嘧啶和甲氧苄啶含量的方法。方法用25 mmol*L-1硼砂缓冲液来分离,以氯霉素为内标,214 nm为测定波长。结果样品中二组份完全分离且呈良好线性关系,其模拟样品回收率分别为100.39%和100.77%,RSD分别为1.03%和0.81%(n=5)。结论方法简便、准确。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE:To establish a capillary zone electrophoresis method for the determination of compound sulfadiazine tablets.METHODS: The buffer was borax (25 mmol*L-1), the internal standard was chloramphenicol and the detective wavelength was 214 nm.RESULTS:The two components, sulfadiazine and trimethoprim, werecompletely separated and determined.The average recoveries (n=5) were 100.39% and 100.77%,RSD were 1.03% and 0.81%, respectively.CONCLUSION:The method was simple and accurate, and it could be used for the quality control of compound sulfadiazine tablets.
